Satisfied customer

I exchanged a navy aspirin dot pleated blouse 4x for a shirred blouse of the same type. I would have preferred a 3x but was told there were no more in that size; yet, on the web site I see it available in 3x. So, I don't quite understand that. However, a hassle-free exchange occurred, and I can live with the 4x rather than make things even more complicated. The sales person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating. Overall, a good experience. I do think that all the advertisement headings should say "pleated" or "shirred" in bold print and it should be explained somewhere on the web site that pleated blouses are much roomier than the shirred type. The material is very nice--silky and well made.
